He has more than 50 years of experience in the fields of civil and structural engineering design. Dr. Taly is the author of Loads and Load Paths in Buildings: Principles of Structural Design and Design of Modern Highway Bridges. He is a co-author of Reinforced Concrete Design with FRP Composites and has written several technical papers in the field of structural engineering.
