<emphasis role="bold">DEDICATED LAND DISPOSAL</emphasis>
<emphasis role="bold">DEDICATED LAND DISPOSAL</emphasis>Dedicated land disposal is the process of applying municipal solids to land for disposal purposes. The equipment and process involved are similar to those used in land application, but the application rates typically are far above agronomic rates and no crop is grown. In effect, the site involved is a landfill that only accepts large quantities and heavy loadings of solids, and it is regulated as landfill.
