Control Phase
1011205Control PhaseIn the Control phase, the emphasis is on a successful implementation and maintaining the gains achieved. The question the team is trying to answer is, "How can we guarantee performance?" From the Improve phase, the team has a successful pilot and has had a chance to tweak the solution. They need to take this information to plan the solution implementation. They also need to ensure that, when they finish the project, the success that they have seen will continue. This involves transferring the responsibility to the process owner.The deliverables in the Control phase are:
