Recognizing and Capitalizing on Opportunity
1011205 Recognizing and Capitalizing on OpportunityChapter 1 focused on the need to become a responsive, change-capable organization, and proposed a basic implementation plan to meet that need. The infrastructure described in Chap. 1 allows the organization to define and deploy Six Sigma projects focused on specific needs of key stakeholder groups, including customers, shareholders, and employees. In this way, the Six Sigma projects serve as the means of achieving these broad organizational objectives.
